Our client was a first home buyer looking to enter the property market. The plan was to secure a healthy investment as a first property, using the rent to pay down part of the loan, before moving in when the time was right.
This would be the start of a long-term plan to acquire a number of investments over the next 5-10 years. The objective was to purchase a property within a quality building, which would attract a great tenant but also serve as a satisfying place to live for our client.
18 Terrace Road is a newer construction made out of double brick. It is a boutique block with no facilities and really great strata management. Our buyer’s agents have bought two properties in this building for two separate clients. We specifically targeted this building, knowing its history and the success previous owners have achieved.
